From One Thing To Another

Today I was out the door by 9 am. Patrick wasn't doing well. I was a little worried about leaving him. I had to stop at a couple places and then make it to the grange. Colleen had a quilt for me, then I had to stop at Micheals for some floss. When I was done, Geralyn called to say McD's made a mistake and gave us sweet tea and could I pick up the other. So, I did.

We sat and chatted for a while. Alice stopped in. We gave her the sweet tea.

I took the panel apart where it was done wrong. Then I worked the word chart to find a couple rows were done wrong. So, I was putting in and taking out. I will fix my word chart later, so it doesn't happen again. I took it out at the noise area and did the rest while we were there. I had to leave early because of mom and Jo Pope coming over.

Stopped and got mom so milk and lemon juice, dropped it off to find one of Phil's HS friends at moms. We chatted, then I had to head out and get gas before coming home.

Arrived at home about 5 mins before Jo. She had 4 quilts completely finished. So, I wrote on the labels and have 7 quilts to take on Thursday next week.

Picked this one up today.

Jo made 2 of these and it's all hand quilted.

This was done last week.

The group quilt.

Jo's quilt.

And another of Jo's quilts. She picked up another panel and some fabric. Won't be long and she'll come for the backing and batting.

After she left and I had Patrick settled back in bed, I watched "Vera," and played for a bit. Then I wanted to get some stitching in so I worked on the cross stitching.

I didn't get a lot done, but I did get about 200 stitches in. I'm working on it. Today I was split three ways. I enjoyed working on them all. Plus was thrilled to get so many quilts that are ready for the museum.

It makes thing easier to be Happy Stitching/Happy Quilting!

Not My Favorite Day

I know, TMI! But today was a 24 hour urine test day. Not my favorite day at all! I did take the time to work on my cross stitch project.  Cl...
