Two For One

This morning, Patrick went golfing and I tried to sleep in. Had to get up because I wanted to leave by 9 am. Had things to do.

First off, I went to the bank for our water system. Then headed to Rite Aid - soon to be CVS. Stopped to chat with Phil since he's only 2 houses down from Rite Aid. Once that was done, I went to the post office and mailed the certificate that Nancy redid for me. Next was Colleen's dropping off a quilt top. We chatted for a while, and she told me about her brother's wedding. We had a good visit. Last stop was at Safeway to pick up a few things I had on the list and work on supper for tonight.

Came home and about 10 minutes later, Patrick came home. He was waiting on the roof guy to give him an estimate on the garage roof. He has one more and then he will decide who to go with. While he waited and weeded outside, I was beading.

Three or four rows later, and it's looking better. The noise gets lost up close because of the yellow in her face. More white is showing which is fun.

Then I called it quits and went to my stitching. I wanted to play, but decided I needed to work on a few things first. One of these mornings when I don't have any plans, I will go down and finish up the quilt tops I have down there. I need to get moving on more tops. My nephews quilt needs to get done as well. I will try and get going on that as well.

We watched TV and I stitched, either beading or cross stitch. I can be happy I'm able to be Happy Stitching/Happy Quilting!
