Need To Work On My Plans

 Today we slept in. I was surprised I could, since my hips were telling me otherwise. 

I had a few things to do on the computer. Next thing I know, I'm working on the family history. 

Patrick's tree grew another few generations. I was able to get his Van Winkle family to 1500s. I also worked on a couple others. One of the branches goes to England, another Wales, and yet another to Holland. It's interesting but hard to work on at times. There are so many Patrick Coffey's out there as well as Jacob Van Winkle's. It's hard to tell one from the other. But the good news is, I'm getting there. I'm filling in the pieces and send messages asking others how they came up with the information. I added about 100 to 200 names to Patrick's tree. 

While I was working on it, Fed Ex showed up at the door. I thought it was for Patrick, but he said he didn't order anything. So, I went out and picked it up. It was a box full of 10 quilt tops for our group! They are really nice too. I can't wait to get them quilted. I need to get them ready to be given out to the quilters when they are ready to take another one on. We should be set for this year. 

Once our shows started, I got off the genealogical train and played games. I really need to work on finishing the ornament and getting those tops ready to be quilted. I also need to work on my cross stitch, my nephews quilt, and stay on top of things. Needing to and trying to are two different things. It's not getting me anywhere near being Happy Stitching/Happy Quilting!
