Back To Embroidery!

This morning, Patrick wasn't up to going golfing. His stomach was acting up. 

I headed to moms. I had to stop and drop off the round robin at the post office. Cost me about $8 to ship. Put it in the wrong envelope. lol Oh, well. 

As I was getting my drink at Dutch Brothers, mom called and I told her I was on my way. I arrived around 10 mins after 10 am. No one was there, but I knew Geralyn wasn't coming because her mother was in the hospital. She's a year older than mom. I called and let Kathleen Ament know we were now at moms every Monday. She said she will let her daughter know too. 

 Mom was getting this ready to bind and we checked to see who had made the top. Val put it together. So, I made sure the label was on it, so I could write who made it. 

Then I sat down to work on my stuff. 

I was able to get this far on the next applique dog. I will do the embroidery once I mark it for were to stitch. It should take me long to get this done. Once it's done, then I'm done with the project. That is the Friday group project and I'm not a member anymore. Nancy sent out an email to everyone but me to let them know she is having quilting at her house Friday. Georgie wanted to know if mom was okay with that. She told her she was. She's not ready to have it at her house right now. I told Georgia to go to see what they are going to do. The email said they would talk about where they were going from here. Should be interesting. Glad I'm not involved anymore. 

Mom and I went to Subway for lunch. Then I came home. Ethel had called and I decided to let them talk. So, I went home. 

Haven't done squat since I got home. lol But I did enjoy being Happy Quilting/Happy Stitching!
