Quiet Day

This morning, we cleaned a few things. Then we went to the casino. 

While at the casino we got our "free gift" that was a makeshift Roomba vacuum cleaner. It was made by someone else. It was very light. We stayed and played for about 2 hours and came home. Then Patrick took the vacuum out of the box. He tried it on the carpet, then tried it on the floor. IT DIDN'T WORK! I got nothing! I'm shocked that the casino would get such a cheap gift! Bet they only paid $2 because it wasn't even worth that much!

Got home and watched the football games. Seahawks own! That's good news. Then I just played on the tablet and listened to my books. I didn't feel like doing much. 

Tomorrow is at moms for Brazilian Embroidery. So, we are good. I will work on the dog or the last round robin piece. I am going to mail the ones I did this last week. 

Below is the Bonsai tree that I did and gave to Phil and Emily. It's got some blue like areas because of Sandy trying to clean the spots in the linen. I believe those spots were natural, but she thought they were spots that needed cleaning. So, the fabric turned a little blue in the areas. Made it look like clouds, but that's what happens when they try to clean what I had already cleaned. It's okay, I'm just happy the whole piece wasn't ruined. I'm okay with it. I just hope Phil and Emily are too. 

So, instead of today, tomorrow should be Happy Stitching/Happy Quilting!
