This morning, I needed to get up to Olympia for my doctor appointment. I had to get my "female test" done today. I have been positive over the last 3 years with HPV virus. The last one was fine. I had to do another test today to see if it shows up again and if it does, then I have to do a biopsy. I learned a lot more today about the HPV tests. It's the test they do to see if cancer is coming. It is normally dormant. It was described like chick pots. It's something you have in your body but may or may not because an issue. So, with all the tests, it's a monitoring factor. I have to do this every year till it goes dormant again and then 3 years later. It's a waiting game, at this point. BUT it is something we all should pay attention to. I have lost several friends to ovarian cancer that I won't ignore it. So, I will find out in a couple weeks if I have to go back and get a biopsy to make sure it's not active. Or if I'm lucky, it went dormant and I won't have to go back for a couple more years. Again, we can hope.
Then we went to the casino on the way home. We were there about 4 hours. Patrick needed to be back home for his doctor's call on his cancer. So, we spend time playing and believe it or not, we were getting tired of playing, so we came home earlier than we would have. We came home with another big amount of money. Patrick won over $1,000 on a bonus. We didn't have to fill out a tax form, which was great. But we did win another Major bonus. So, like I said, we came home with more money they we took. Still playing on our winnings, but this time added to the winnings. Funny how that works. I know our luck is bound to run out.
