Quiet Day

Today I started out slowly. I didn't feel like doing much, since Patrick wasn't feeling good again today. He's had it rough for the past week. I don't know how he can stand it, but instead of going to UC, he sleeps.

I called the church to find out when I could come and get the quilt. Sharon was leaving around 2 pm today and the church would be closed then. So, I told her I would be on my way. I picked up the quilt I had been trying to figure out where it was and gave her another one. I had to get her at lunchtime because she wouldn't be there after 2:30.  Once that was done, I headed to the post office and dropped off my letter to a veteran.

Made it to the Dentist about 30 minutes early and sat in the car for about 15 mins listening to my book on my phone. Then I went in and it only took about 30 mins to fix the 2 teeth that was needing attention. Once that was over, I headed to Love's to get gas. Hard to believe how expensive gas is anymore! Close to $5 a gallon, thanks to WA State taxes.

Came home and played on my tablet. Then I decided for an hour I could work on my cross stitching.

This was yesterday,

This was today. Not a lot, but you get the idea. About 200 stitches. I still have plenty to fill in and may just do that tomorrow even if I don't have to use that color anywhere close by. Every little bit keeps me Happy Stitching/Happy Quilting!
