This morning, I didn't want to get up - guessing that's not a new thing! Anyway, got up and was looking for things to do till we had to leave for Olympia.
We headed out, stopping at Phil's to drop off some stuff for him. Then we headed to DB for some chai tea. Once that was done, it was on the way to Olympia. Patrick had his appointment with the surgeon. I stayed in the car and played my game. He came out around the time of his appointment - rare when doctors get you in before your appointment - and we headed to Kaiser. Patrick had to get some blood work done. I sat and waited there too.
We headed back and stopped at Grocery Outlet. Once we got what we needed, headed to the gas station for gas. Then home and fixed supper. Also, fixed up the sourdough with roasted garlic. I was doing 3 things at once actually. The dough is raising now. It will probably take all night. No worries.
Watched TV and then came into the computer room to get some QOV stuff done. Was checking out my embroidery stuff online too. Then I was cleaning out my email and found some ancestry stuff, which I had to go check on and work on. I did get the QOV stuff done, but as for the rest, nope. UGH I'm like a dog looking for squirrels. I go on track, till I see something else, and off I got, then off I go again, hardly ever come back to what I started with. UGH!
Today wasn't fun. But when we deal with Patrick's health, nothing is fun. I'm still going on a straight and narrow road with him. Can't afford to go up or down with all this crap. We will be going on 6 years when Dec 27th comes along. It's not fun dealing with cancer and all the stuff it brings with it. He's back on chemo, so I am betting in 3 weeks his taste will be gone and other things come up.
It didn't work out for me to have fun with Happy Stitching/Happy Quilting!
