An Interesting Day But A Good Day

Today started out with playing on my tablet. Then after Patrick got up, we were off to the casino. It was busier than it usually is. We actually did really good. We won more than we've won all year. So, we were doing good.

Then we headed to moms to help her with her TV. She had new equipment for the TV. Comcast gave them new equipment and mom wanted Patrick to help her. He had it set up in 30 mins till there was a problem. He called Comcast to see why it wasn't working. After a total of 1 1/2 hours over there, it was all set and working. The second TV was the one that messed it all up. They fixed it.

Came home and it was supper time. I worked a little on my cross stitch.

I was able to get about 100 stitches in. Not a lot.

Then I was having to do cookies. I made the sugar cookies and put the dough in the refrigerator. Then I mad Spritz cookies and they are done and ready to go. I love baking but it took me a little bit to get in the mood to cook. Just something about having to be in the mood to make things.

Got the email that our quilt group isn't doing the party this week. They will be doing it on the 28th. I have plenty of time to make something for that. May have to do another needle case.

Today was busy, interesting, and fun. Had a good day all in all. I'm going to work more on the cross stitch. I might not get any done tomorrow, with bowling in the morning and later in the evening. I have to remember to take my gifts tomorrow morning.
