Today was one of those days where we drove down to Portland OR. We spent the day shopping.
It was one of those shopping trips where you think of things you need, but usually don't buy. We did need another vacuum cleaner, and found one on sale. We also picked up a few other things. Ikea wasn't our best shopping trip, didn't buy much there. We did get a couple rugs for the bathroom. Then we headed to Jenson Beach. There we hit Target, HomeGoods and a couple other places. Made for a long day actually.
Didn't get any craft shopping in, but wasn't looking for an embroidery or quilt shop. We did stop at Red Lobster and came home with extra food.
Charlie loves it when we get home. She heads for the quilt!
I'm getting closer, finished another block last night and will start the next one tonight. It's really looking pretty from the back. That's what makes it so I'm Happy Quilting!
This is a blog that shows my quilting, Brazilian embroidery, cross stitch, beading and more. It's a daily blog that shows how busy I can be with too many projects and how lazy I can get at times. Even boring at times. It was originally for my children who where miles away. Now, it's just a blog.
