A Day At Brazilian Embroidery Meeting

 This morning I was up and getting my exercises done. Then I was putting my stuff in the car. I had veggies to give away and my embroidery to take with me. I picked up coffee for Sandy and Cindy. 

I arrived early and Cindy was already there. It took me a while to get in the mood to work on something. We chatted and had a good meeting. Cindy surprised me because she wasn't loud and as chatting as she can get. We had a good meeting. I swept the floor before I was ready to get started on the embroidery. 

I worked on the shoes and the pipe that I took out awhile back. I need to do the hair but I'm planning on doing that later. I don't want to have it flying around while I work finishing this up. 

Next I started putting the star flowers in. I need to add the white flower to it. I have one more star to do. I need to work on the "V's" next. (One is in the center of the photo) I have beads to add as well. There are a lot of small things I need to do to finish this. 

I have a class starting Thursday and I need to order some floss. 

Came home and went walking. Stopped at Ron's to help him with his computer - about 10 mins tops. Then he said he wanted to walk with me. He had already walked his 5 loops. He walked 6 more loops with me. He said he was feeling good to walk. We decided to walk tomorrow at 6 pm. 

Got back home and got the backing and batting cut. I washed the backing and now I'm ready to call it done. I had enough stuff keeping me Happy Stitching/Happy Quilting!
