As of 11:30 pm, I am in the ER with mom. We arrived at 8 pm. It's going to be a long night. So I will post tomorrow about my day today.

Yesterday - Spend the Day In ER

Yesterday - Patrick had a rough night. I was watching him fall back in bed when he got up. I told him I would call 911 and he told me he was fine and not to bother. I slept when I could. Then at 6 am, I couldn't sleep anymore. So, I went downstairs and called 911 to come get him. I was so nervous having to do that. The arrived in about 10 minutes. Administered IV and then took him to St. Pete's. They told me he will probably be admitted. I cleaned and washed the sheets before heading up there. I called Nancy to see if she could go. She had church group that she was having at her place, hosting it. So, I went up on my own. Nancy called to say she could meet me up there. I thanked her and said thank you but when I got up there, I was allowed in the room with Patrick. So, called to let her know I was fine. Enjoying Lunch With Friends

This morning, Patrick and I slept in. It was nice. We went to meet Kim and Jim at Sweet Inspirations in Chehalis for lunch. On the way into town, we saw a fire cloud. We were trying to figure out where it was, till we realized it was close to Patrick's Cabinets in Chehalis. On S Market Street. We were hoping there wasn't anyone in the house! No fire trucks when we passed it, but they were on the way when we got another block. By that time, they were a little late. Shame the trucks didn't come from Jackson Hwy because they would have gotten there sooner. We enjoyed a good lunch with Kim and Jim. We were catching up on where we were in life. I haven't seen Jim in about 3 years. Kim and I do lunch from time to time. We talked about her dad, Bill. He's not doing as good as he should. Not doing much at all. We had about an hour or two with them. It was really nice. The food was "so-so" as Patrick didn't care for his French Dip. It was too salty for him...

All Day With Mom

Today, I was up early to make the phone call to the doctors to get mom in. I ended up leaving a message and waiting. I waited a good 45 minutes and decided to go over and see about making it in person. As I was headed to the bank, I received the call. We had an appointment at 1:45 pm. Yet, I was on my way at 9:00 am. Which left me with 3 hours of waiting.......and waiting. .... I got to moms and she looked good. I told her of the appointment, and I let my brother know as well. I didn't take anything to work on, but I did have the bag out in the car that has stuff I could work on. I asked mom if she had eaten and she said she did, but nothing tastes good. So, I got her ice cream. As I was going to get it for her, she said she wanted cookies, but she didn't have any. Which had me making her some M&M cookies. I got the original chocolate chip cookie receipt and got to work. I ended up cleaning her kitchen and putting her dishes away while I baked. I had to clean her b...
